Carrie's Salsa Verde

8 tomatillos (w/shells removed)
3-4 jalapenos
4-5 cayenne peppers (if you want it hot)
½ bunch cilantro
3 avacados
1 bunch green onions
3 garlic cloves
Salt to taste

Boil tomatillos, jalapeno, & cayenne peppers in enough water to cover until they change color (to olive) for about 10-15 mins. Cool (can be done a day ahead).
Meanwhile, chop cilantro, avocados, and green onion. Put 1/3 in blender. Add tomatillo mixture (save water for later to thin if desired), add garlic and salt. Blend using PULSE button. Add to remaining chopped ingredients.
