Place warm hazelnuts in Blendtec Twister Jar and press SPEED UP button to speed 7. Run full cycle while twisting scraper lid.
Then add:

1/4 cup + 2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbs. butter, salted

1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbs. raw honey or 2 packets of stevia
1/8 tsp. stevia

Blend on MULTI-USE setting for full cycle.

Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.

Fill a 4 quart saucepan 2/3 full with water, add 1 Tbs. sugar and 1 tsp. salt. Bring to a boil. Drop 2 or 3 bagels into boiling water and cook for 30 seconds; turn over and cook for another 30 seconds.

Place a casserole half full of water on the bottom rack of the oven and preheat to 450*.
